Really good stay with good details
separate sinksrainfall showertasty buffet
My room was an Imperial Room, and it featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. I found multiple restaurants on the hotel, serving good food. The breakfast buffet was expansive and tasty (i especially loved the fresh fruit selection!).
The gym could benefit from having more updated equipment.

The hotel has an outdoor pool that features ample sunbeds. There is also a yoga room offering specialized services. The pool attendants were efficient in providing towels and water to the guests, it was lovely.

The staff are impeccably dressed and greet everyone with a warm hello. The room maintenance team provides daily turndown service and keeps the room spotlessly clean. I observed really good customer service from all staff members.

The female door attendant greeted me daily with a smile. i found the poolside service excellent. the hotel provided a cake and flowers for my birthday. They figured it out from my passport.
The showers sometimes had low to zero water pressure. at times, i needed to request cutlery and water during breakfast. conference room security sometimes checked if i was a guest. I thought it was intrusive.

i found the breakfast buffet amazing. It had a beautiful presentation and anything you could imagine. I enjoyed the spa facial. Farhena customized the treatment for my skin type. The pool was pleasant.
our room had some noise issues late in the evening. Banging and sounds of furniture moving were audible.
